Dear Tiu Family,
We're so sorry to hear about Joel's passing. We have such fond memories of all of you as next door neighbors at Patch Barracks in Stuttgart, Germany. We always enjoyed seeing Joel because he was such a friendly person with a bright smile anytime we saw him. We enjoyed the family things we did with all of you during our brief time together.
Please know that you are all in our thoughts and prayers during this Christmas season and throughout the year. We miss all of you so much and feel particularly sad that your family has suffered such a significant loss.
