I remember him vivibly when CDR. TIU was a newlly fireman apprentice aboard USS Hector. He was one my subordinates whose demeanor is commendable. He has shown great potential in achieving any endeavors he set or put his mind into it. I considered him a good friend of mine. The last I saw him, He was then a Lieutenant, now a Commander.
